Terms of Service (EU)

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the use of the online store ("Service") operated by GP inc. ("Company"). By accessing or using the Service, customers ("Users") agree to these Terms.

2. Scope and Application
These Terms apply to all transactions between Users and the Company. In addition to these Terms, specific policies such as the Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and other guidelines ("Individual Regulations") may apply. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any Individual Regulation, the Individual Regulation shall prevail unless stated otherwise.

3. User Registration
Users must agree to these Terms and apply for registration through the prescribed method. The Company reserves the right to deny registration if:

False information is provided,
The applicant has previously violated these Terms,
The Company deems the registration inappropriate.

4. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords. The Company is not liable for any damage caused by unauthorized use, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Company.

5. Purchase Agreement
A purchase agreement is formed when the Company accepts a User's order. Ownership of the goods transfers to the User when the goods are handed over to the delivery service. The Company may cancel an order without prior notice if:

The User violates these Terms,
The delivery address is incorrect or unreachable,
The Company deems the transaction inappropriate.

6. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices include applicable VAT where required. Payments must be made through the methods specified by the Company. If a payment fails, the Company may cancel the order.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or other external factors.

8. Returns and Refunds
Users in the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer law. Users must notify the Company of their intention to return an item within this period. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned item is received.

9. Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Service, including images, text, and trademarks, is owned by the Company or respective rights holders. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute such content without permission.

10. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in the following activities:

Violation of laws or public order,
Infringement of intellectual property rights,
Disruption of the Service or its network,
Unauthorized use of another User's account,
Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.

11. Service Modifications and Interruptions
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice. The Company is not liable for damages resulting from Service interruptions.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. However, for Users in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws in their country of residence shall also apply. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Osaka, Japan, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

13. GDPR Compliance and Data Protection
The Company complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Users can review how their personal data is processed by referring to the Privacy Policy.
