当社では、お客様にご購入いただいた商品にご満足いただけることを最優先に考えています。万が一、商品にご満足いただけない場合でも、簡単な返品プロセスを提供しています。以下に、当社の返品ポリシーの詳細をご確認ください。
1. 返品の条件
- 返品対象となるには、商品が未使用、未開封、元の状態である必要があります。使用された商品や、開封された商品は返品できません。
- 返品には元のパッケージ、ラベル、および同梱されたアクセサリーがすべて含まれている必要があります。
2. 返品受付期間
- 商品は購入日から8日以内に返品を申し込む必要があります。
- 欠陥品や間違った商品が届いた場合は、配達日から8日以内に返品を受け付けます。
3. 返品手続き
- 返品手続きを開始するには、こちらのフォームもしくは直接store@antisocialsocialclub.jpに注文番号と返品理由を記載の上、ご連絡ください。
- 当社のカスタマーサポートチームが返品手続きを案内し、返品方法を詳細にご案内いたします。
4. 返金処理
- 返品商品を受け取り、返品ポリシーに適合していることが確認できた場合、元のお支払い方法に対して返金処理を行います。
- 返金処理には、返品商品を受け取った後、7営業日以内に行います。
5. 返品送料
- 返品送料は基本的にお客様のご負担となります(ただし、当社による誤配送や不良品の場合は当社が送料を負担します)。
- 元の配送費は返金されません。
6. 返品不可の商品
- 以下のような商品は返品対象外となります:
- パーソナライズ商品やカスタムメイド商品
- ギフトカード
- ダウンロード可能なソフトウェアやデジタル製品
- セール品(特に記載がない場合)
7. 交換について
- 現在、当社では直接的な商品交換は行っておりません。商品を交換したい場合は、元の商品を返品し、新たにご注文いただく形となります。
8. 商品の破損または不良品
- 商品に破損や欠陥がある場合は、こちらのフォームもしくは直接store@antisocialsocialclub.jpまで速やかにご連絡ください。返品手続きを案内し、返金または交換を行います。
9. 返品に関する注意事項
- 商品が到着した際、すぐに商品を確認してください。不良品や欠陥品があった場合、早急にご連絡いただければ、迅速に対応いたします。
- 返品が完了した時点で、返金が行われますが、銀行やクレジットカードの処理時間により、返金が反映されるまでに数日かかることがあります。
